A PLACE TO CALL HOME...for Me and my family anyway.
If you are looking for a neighborhood that has a great balance of restrictions and freedom then Saddletree Ranch is it. Solid homes, good family amenities, clubhouse, location, & roads. As the name might suggest horses are welcome with limitation based on lot size. Most lots are about 1.5 acres & up.
Saddletree Ranch Estates is located about 8 miles from Bee Cave, TX to the NE & about 9 miles N of Dripping Springs. This makes us just close enough to shopping and services but not to close, if you know what I mean. We moved here 10 years ago and it was 20 miles to most "needs."
Saddletree Ranch shares 2 school districts. Dripping Springs ISD serves about 60% of the residences and Lake Travis ISD serves about 40%. Both schools have good statistical acedemic ratings and offer a wide variety of extra activities.
Check it out! By the way, I'd me more than happr to talk to you about the real eastate available. As a 10 year resident of Saddletree Ranch I know the scoop.
Bill Austin ~ 512-709-6343 ~ baustin.realtor@gmail.com
Keller Williams Realty ~ Each office is independantly owner & operated.

Home Maintenance Tip -
Keeping Your Water Heater Fit Most people don't give much thought to their water heater - they just turn on the faucet and expect hot water to come out. Water heaters are relatively maintenance free, and you can keep your water heater in peak operating condition just by performing two simple maintenance tasks every six months: test the pressure valve and then flush the tank. If the pressure release valve is not operating properly, the tank can potentially over pressurize and explode. Flushing the tank prevents sediment build up, which can reduce your water heater's energy efficiency and clog your water lines. Consult your owner's manual or other maintenance guide for instructions on how to safely perform these maintenance tasks.
