Welcome Home! If you are looking for an estate style neighborhood Saddletree could be for you. Homesites generally are 1.5 acres and larger. The homes are set back a minimum of 150' from the road, with a few exceptions. Family friendly, I'd say so. Enjoy the spacious park that has a childerens playscape, teather ball, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis court, and room for baseball (childrens) and football. Animal friendly, you bet. Horses are welcome as well as many other animals (with limits).

Dripping Springs has that small town feel yet it is only a few minutes to the big city amenities. Dripping Springs is often referred to as "The Gateway to The Hill Country." Take a short drive out Hwy 290 for a look around.

If you are looking for a neighborhood that has a great balance of restrictions and freedom then Saddletree Ranch is it. Solid homes, good family amenities, clubhouse, location, & roads. As the name might suggest horses are welcome with limitation based on lot size. Most lots are about 1.5 acres & up.

Saddletree Ranch Estates is located about 8 miles from Bee Cave, TX to the NE & about 9 miles N of Dripping Springs. This makes us just close enough to shopping and services but not to close, if you know what I mean. We moved here 10 years ago and it was 20 miles to most "needs."

Saddletree Ranch shares 2 school districts. Dripping Springs ISD serves about 60% of the residences and Lake Travis ISD serves about 40%. Both schools have good statistical acedemic ratings and offer a wide variety of extra activities.
