I was working with two young buyers last spring who never really found what they wanted in a home.

I could tell when I was out with them, they liked what most young buyers do:

• Newer Homes
• Granite Counter-tops
• Austin Stone Elevation
• Wrought Iron Spindle Staircases
• Game-rooms or Media Rooms

After several outings they told me they were going on vacation and they would get back with me. I didn't have them on a drip email (my bad!) but I did call once in awhile to see how they were and if they were ready to look again. No , they replied we haven't seen anything we like online.

I do, however, keep myself on a drip email of newer foreclosures in most areas around my office. It keeps me abreast of what is happening in my area. Recently this lovely home popped up....I immediately sent it to my young buyers and they LOVED it! They went out to see it same day, offered and won the bid before the bid deadline! They are inspecting tomorrow so wish them luck and REMEMBER....NEVER LOSE TOUCH WITH YOUR BUYERS!
