Currently there are 17 homes for sale in Autumn Creek subdivision in Friendswood ranging from a single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offered at $210,000 to a 5 bedroom 3 and one half bath home with over 3,900 square feet listed for $595,000.  Four of those are under contract.

Not surprisingly, sales are down this year in the Autumn Creek neighborhood.  Through July of this year there have been 8 sales with an average sales price of $264,126 and an average dollar per foot value of $80.40  Last year during that same time period, there were 13 sales at an average price of $333,607.  To be fair however it's important to note that the average home sold last year had 3,650 square feet as compared to 3,285 this year.

Autumn Creek is located at the corner of Bay Area Blvd and FM 528 and has great access to I-45.  Shopping and schools are located close by.  Keep in mind that even though this is a Friendswood address, it is served by the Clear Creek Independent School District.  If you are looking for comparable homes, but prefer the Friendswood ISD,you might want to consider homes for sale in West Ranch.  Homeowners in the Autumn Creek neighborhood enjoy a lower tax rate of $2.53 which is one of the lowest property tax rates in the area.

Autumn Creek is in Friendswood however it is served by the Clear Creek Independent School District. Homes range from $220k up to the high $300's. Square footages range from about 2,400 to 4,000. Autumn Creek is conveniently located at the corner of FM 528 and West Bay Area Blvd.

For consumers who are employed at the Space Center, it's a quick 12 minute commute. (less if they ever get the construction on Nasa Parkway finished!)

Approximately 2,684 and all on one floor, this one is located on a rather large lot; 15,290 square feet. That's just about double the size of the normal lot one would find in Autumn Creek. The other one was at 3122 Red Maple Dr. This one was 2,867 square feet on 2 levels and sold for $244,440.
