It certainly is an off year as far as sales go in the Eagle Lakes neighborhood in Friendswood.  There have been only 2 sales completed this year as opposed to 6 this time last year.  The number of cumulative days on the market this year was 325 for those two homes while last year that same statistic was 190.

There are 290 single family homes in Eagle Lakes ranging in size from right at 2000 square feet up to just over 5400.  The homes were built from 1991 to 2001 and typically have 3-5 bedrooms, 2 -3 and one half baths.    Lot sizes range from 11,000 to about 18,000.
