The City of Friendswood has many established and new construction residential subdivisions to choose from, if you are moving here. One of the better established subdivisions, in my opinion, is Windsor Estates. The subdivision has a scenic walking trail and a lovely reflection pond.

West of this subdivision and within walking distance is Friendswood Sports Park, 27 acres for all you baseball and soccer enthusiasts. The golfer in the family can enjoy Championship Golf Center driving range, which is also located to the west and within walking distance of Windsor Estates.

Windsor Estates has an active Home Owner Association to ensure continued property values.

There are currently six beautifully landscaped homes for sale in Windsor Estates.

The Prices range from $249,500 to $374,900.

Home square footage range from 2,827' to 4236'.

Lot square footage range from 11,700' to 13,664'.

Friendswood for the most part is a residential community and a great one to live in. There are many specialty shops and fabulous restaurants to enjoy. The City of Friendswood was named in 2007 & 2009 one of the Top 100 Best Places to Live in the United States and one of the best towns for families!

Windsor Estates in Friendswood is a wonderful neighborhood in which to purchase a home… if you can find one there! Most of the residents in Windsor Estates love their homes and their neighborhood, and they stay put!

This year there have been only five homes sold in Windsor Estates, with an average “days on market” of just 87 days – less than three months! Homes sell quickly in this neighborhood because they are reasonably priced and the neighborhood has many extras. Sales prices there ranged from $257,000 to $293,499 this year. The average price per square foot was $75.91 – a real bargain for such beautiful homes in such a great area.

The homes in Windsor Estates are relatively new; most were built between 1997 and 2002. Most of the homes are over 3,000 square feet. The average square footage of the homes sold this year was 3,616.

There are only seven homes for sale right now in Windsor Estates, with asking prices ranging from $263,900 to $384,750.
