Grayhawk Estates is one of the premier neighborhoods in North West Frisco off Eldorado Parkway between Teel Parkway and FM 423. Grayhawk encompasses over 100 acres and spans into north of Panther Creek Parkway where you will Phase I (south of Panther Creek) and Phase II (north of Panther Creek).

Grayhawk Estates - Frisco is beautifully landscaped with open greenbelts for hiking and biking, fountains and ponds, Falcon Creek city of Frisco park and Boals Elementary in Phase I and Stafford Middle School in Phase II. One of the most prominent landmark in Grayhawk is the gazebo in the middle of the small hill that is surronded by the roundabout.

Grayhawk Estates - Frisco has 2 community swimming pools, one at each phase for easier access for its residents. HOA dues are paid semi-annually at $250* semi-annually. (Subject to change without notice). Currently, SBB Management manages this subdivision.

Grayhawk Estates is located on the border or Little Elm and Frisco off FM 423. In this major intersection, Walmart, Lowes, Hobby Lobby are its anchor tenants along with lifestyle conveniences such as Wendy's, Popeye's Chicken, Firehouse Sub, Subway, Starbucks coffee, Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy.

School Information:

Frisco ISD serves residents of Grayhawk. Elementary school children (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) of Phase I (south of Panther Creek Parkway) attends Boals Elementary while Phase II (north of Panther Creek Parkway) Elementary school children attents Robertson Elementary off Eldorado and Walker. Stafford Middle School serves all Middle School (Grades 6-8) and Wakeland High school from 9th through 12th grades.

Driving Directions:

To get to Grayhawk, exit Eldorado on the Tollway. Head West until you pass Teel Parkway. Stay right and turn into Grayhawk Blvd. There is a pond with stone landscaping at that intersection. So you should not miss it.
