Lone Star Ranch Frisco consists of several neighborhoods that make up the large 4,000 acree master-planned community. Lakeside at Lone Star Ranch, Lake Hill at Lone Star Ranch, Saddlebrook, Quail Meadow, Stone Creek.
The typical price ranges for:
- Lakeside at Lone Star Ranch start in the $400,000 although some foreclosures have sold in the $300K price range.
- Lake Hill at Lone Star Ranch start at the $300,000 and some foreclosures have sold in the mid $250Ks.
- Saddlebrook at Lone Star Ranch start at $200,000 for the smaller 3-bedroom properties and around $300,000 for the larger 3,500 sq. ft. homes
- Quail Meadow Village at Lone Star Ranch also start around the $200,000 for smaller 3-bedroom properties and around the $300,000 for larger 2-story homes.
- Stone Creek at Lone Star Ranch is a custom designed neighborhood. Most homes are over $500,000.
All of these smaller Lone Star Ranch communities are located in the Frisco Independent School District with Bledsoe Elementary, Pioneer Middle school and Frisco High school. It is also located in the Denton county line.
Home buyers particularly select Lone Star Ranch as their choice community in Frisco Texas because of its amenities. Four pools with slides, a clubhouse with full fitness facility managed by Cooper Clinic, green belt, ponds with fountains and miles of hike and bike trails nestled around the communities. The homeowner's association dues are approximately $900 per year.
Directions:
From Legacy, turn west (left) to Lebanon. Lone Star Ranch communities are around the Lebanon and Teel Parkway areas depending on which Lone Star Ranch communities you are visiting.
