Garland is a beautiful area that is within 5 minutes of Dallas. It has many great aspects in and around its city limits. Garland also is home to many great rental homes. Garland houses for rent can be found at a very reasonable rate as well. Most of the Garland rental homes can be found for only $800/m - $1500/m. This is an amazing bargain for an area so close to Dallas.
Garland homes for rent are most always a little older, as Garland has been around a while. The homes are commonly built in the 60's which is not a bad thing at all, it just means they will have a little character that come with them. These homes may also have small foundation issues, as Garland homes are older and size and the ground has moved a little since the 60's. No worries though, simply bring your real estate professional with you when looking for a house to rent and they will make sure everything is perfect befor you move in!
