San Antonio homes sell within 6 months with full market exposure & priced right. To sell faster than 6 months you will need to be within the 50th percentile of pricing & in best condition. A rate above 6 = buyer's market, below 6 = seller's market, = 6 is a perfectly balanced market.

The goal of [the visitor center] a karst aquifer preserve, was to protect and restore the natural landscape while creating high-use, low-maintenance, and economical structures that reinforce the mission of the Natural Area.
