Sonoma Ranch Subdivision is located west off Loop 1604, south of Kyle Seale Parkway (entrance 1), or south off Kyle Seale Parkway (2), or north off Hausman Road (entrance 3), in Helotes, Texas. This Helotes, Texas town was founded in 1891 as a corn-on-the-cob farm community, it's namesake.Noted landmarks include John T. Floore Country Store which opened in 1946, and is a registered historic landmark as well as a favorite for Willie Nelson and other country stars. Helotes, Texas has many family events like the Cornyval Festival.

There are multiple units within Sonoma Ranch Subdivision named the Springs, Hills, Meadow, Village, Arbor, Enclave, & Summit.
