Homes in the Willowlake, Houston-area subdivision continue to be in demand!

For the two-story homes that have sold in Willowlake since July of 2010, the average price/sq. ft. works out to $69.55/sq. ft with the HIGH being $75.87/sq. ft. (extensive upgrades and POOL in the backyard) and the LOW being $61.94/sq. ft. The average number of days on the market was only 70. The Willowlake Subdivision had its beginnings in 1994 in the beautiful, wooded area located at West Rd. and Beltway 8! Residents loved the varied floorplans offered by Pulte and Centex, and the location for a quick commute could not be beat!
