Search homes for Sale or Lease in Las Colinas, the master planned community in Irving, Texas centrally located in the heart of the DFW Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. This is one of our most requested areas for clients moving to the DFW area.
Overview of Las Colinas:
Las Colinas is a master planned community of both residential and commercial use within the city of Irving, TX. It has a total land area of about 12,000 acres and about 3400 homes with several hundred more under construction. Townhomes and Condos will range from the low $100,000s with single family homes ranging from the low $200,000s to well over $1,000,000. Las Colinas (Spanish for "The Hills) is also home to many large companies and HDQ to three Forture 500 companies and offices for 40 others on the Forture 500 list. It is conveniently located to both DFW and LUV airports and will soon have light rail expansion of the DART Green line. What I like best about Las Colinas is that it provides a nice combination of suburban living in the city. There are still great schools, nightlife, restaurants, colleges and universities, excellent golf, fitness, recreation, shopping, all without the hassles of a long commute home. Top employers include AAA Texas, AT&T, Blackberry, Boy Scouts of America, Citibank/Citigroup, Commerical Metals, CVS/Caremark, Ernst & Young, ExxonMobil, Flour, General Motors, Kimberly Clark, Microsoft, NEC America, Nokia, NSN, Oracle, Verizon, and Zales.

Searches:
MLS searches specifically to Las Colinas are not possible as the community spans several zip codes, several neighborhoods, multiple school districts, and more than one MLS area. So if it is vital for you to be within the boundries of Las Colinas it is best to check each property before you make a final decision. If you just want to be close to work or school, there are also several nice communities on the edge of Las Colinas that I believe are equally as nice as many withing the boundries. The main zip codes are 75038 and 75039, but portions of 75062 and 75063 are also included in Las Colinas. If you have specific needs in your search, such as golf course lots, gated communities, waterfront lots, please contact me directly and I will set up a search specific to your needs. Our Keller Williams office covers all of Las Colinas, Irving, and Coppell so please give Bruce Lynn a call at 214-675-6992 or drop me an email at rb@teamlynn.com to have me focus on your specific needs.
