5) While you are driving around, check the back roads for short cuts getting to work or school. Valley Ranch has several major roads and highways around it, 635, 121,161, and it has less used back roads to choose from. If the major ways are busy and stop and go, there will be another way out or in.

6) Get with a great lender that will be honest with you and get you a great loan. Choosing the wrong lender can make your life miserable. Keep in mind they are sales people. They sale money. Some will promise you the moon but as the closing day approaches can not deliver. Choose wisely.

7) Work with a full time, local Realtor who knows the market. It amazes me how some people choose a Realtor.
