Essential Tremors is a condition which involves a progressive neurological condition which causes an involuntary, uncontrollable and rhythmic trembling of the legs, trunk, hands, head or voice. Many times the symptoms create a false diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. It is believed that the root causes are abnormal communication between the brain and other areas such as the thalamus. It is also thought that ET is inherited. If you or your family needs additional information call 281-347-2194 or E-mail schwarzrb@com cast.com.
Anyone who has personally had this condition or any family member who had had to deal with the effects will tell you it is a frustrating situation with many incorrect diagnoses occurring along the way. Many of these folks do not who turn to for information and help. The Essential Tremors group main purpose is to provide the information and assistance to all affected parties.

We know a family where the husband's diagnosis has been ET and it is a difficult condition for all parties to deal and live with. I personally did not associate the name of this condition with its symptoms.

(If you would like more information on Royal Oaks, Heritage Grand or other Senior Communities or to arrange a tour call Tim at 713-822-2152 or shop for a Katy or West Houston home online at www.Search-Katy-Homes.com)
Communities for seniors continue to be one of the fastest growing segments of the Real Estate. In West Houston / Katy the most talked about subdivision for seniors is probably Heritage Grand. This active senior community is flourishing.
Residents can take advantage of the great community center and pool. The community center is almost always hosting activities. Additionally, residents can take advantage of nearby hiking and biking trails.
However, there is another community that people may not think of as a great senior community, Royal Oaks. Although the community is not devoted to seniors there are many advantages for seniors. This country club community has a guarded and gated entrance. The community also features an awesome clubhouse and offers a fantastic golf course and great walking trails. The proximity to Beltway 8 and Westpark Tollway and Royal Oaks are a plus.
Royal Oaks and Heritage Grand are both fantastic communities. Heritage Grand has advantages because of affordability, a complete devotion to seniors and great access to trails. Royal Oaks is pricier but offers a guarded gate and a country club within the community. Royal Oaks also has special housing areas is senior friendly homes.
Both communities are purely fantastic and both have available inventory right now.

Katy Real Estate News - 55+ Adult Community Heritage Grand (in Cinco Ranch) is a big hit with seniors
By Katy Realtor - Tim Sojka (shop for a home online at www.Search-Katy-Homes.com )
As a realtor, I see several communities each week. However, few are better suited for their target audience than Heritage Grand. Heritage Grand is a community built for 55+ Active Adults.
The community abounds with activities for seniors, is close to several golf courses and has a grand pool and activity center. Home range in price from $175,000 to almost $300,000 depending and size and amenities.
I highly recommend you use a qualified Realtor® when shopping for a home in here due to the range of prices.
This neighborhood really is built for seniors. Homes must be occupied by at least one person who is 55 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 19 may not reside in any home for more than 60 days in any year.
Homeowners, in this neighborhood will not be lonely, I have participated in events designed for the community and they are well attended. A drive through the community almost always nets waves from bicyclist and joggers.
If you would like more information on the neighborhood or to arrange a tour call Tim at 713-822-2152 or shop for a heritage grand home online at www.Search-Katy-Homes.com
