Due to a great location and proximity to great amenities and fantastic schools sales in Pin Oak Village continue to be brisk. The incoming medical facilities that are a stones throw from the neighborhood will mean more high paying jobs near by. This can only boast home values long term.

This has been reflected in the sales property within Pin Oak Village. Since the beginning of the year seventeen homes have sold. This is very good news for the neighborhood.

Pin Oak Village is one of the most established communities in Katy. With mature trees and stunning European style homes this neighborhood is truly stunning. A fantastic location, great schools and a location perfect for commuters this neighborhood should continue to flourish moving forward.

To date 9 homes have sold between 200,000 and $400,000. Community sales continue to be brisk and the average days on the market is only 51 days. This is one of the author's favorite neighborhoods and Katy.
