For this report we wanted to focus in on Real estate in League City Texas in the Harbour Park subdivision.

August 2008 Sold Properties

In August of this year, there were 4  home sold in the Harbour Park in League City, TX.  The average sales price was $216,755 and they sold for an average of 99.7% of their listed price.  Average market time was 70 days.  Keep in mind that days on market (DOM) is considered to be the listed date until the actual contract date, not the closed date.  We generally figure about 30 days to closing.  These homes ranged from 2525 to 3249 square feet.
