The gated community of South Shore Harbour in League City, TX will have its annual Garage Sale on October 8th from 8am until noon. This is the largest of it's kind in the Bay Area of Houston with nearly 100 participants. Visitors must enter through the main guard gates located off of South Shore Blvd. Visitors will not be allowed in prior to times set for sale. Security will be stationed at certain streets to help direct traffic through the development.

Please be respectful of the community and obey speed limits as their will be children and adults walking from house to house. Please do not block the owners driveways.

ISOLA VENTURA LIGHTS UP ISLAND'S POTENTIAL -LEAGUE CITY, TX

LEAGUE CITY (Houston Chronicle) - Isola Ventura has purchased Beacon Island, where the company plans to build luxury homes ranging from $1.3 million to $3 million.

Formally known as Light House Island, the 35-acre property in the city's South Shore Harbour was previously owned by Houston-based Verandah Cos. and Crow Holdings of Dallas.

After completing infrastructure projects, Verandah had to give ownership of the island to First Bank of Missouri as part of a settlement last summer.
