The City of Lewisville First Time Homebuyers Assistance Program is available NOW! The program offers qualified 1st Time Homebuyers down payment, closing cost, and principal reduction assistance. How much down payment you ask? How much closing cost? Principal reduction? All great questions and you’re going to be excited to know that the City of Lewisville can provide up to 1/2 of the down payment, up to $10k in principal reduction, up to 95% of the closing cost, and a $1500 location incentive for specific neighborhoods in Lewisville. This is a great program that you don’t want to miss out on. These programs have a select amount of funds available, so don’t wait to act and get your application in now.
