New listings were down 27% for the same period last year with 77 homes listed as compared to 105 listed this month last year. For the year 2011, overall home listings were down 10% with 1,382 homes listed as compared to 1,541 homes listed last year. For the overall year of 2011 sellers received 93.4% of their asking as compared to 94.8% last year which is a -1.5% change. The average days on the market until sold went down 8% at 81 days compared to 88 days for this month last year. For the overall year, the average days on the market was 100 compared to 74 days last year, which is a 35% change.

The current supply of homes on the market was 345 homes, down 27% compared to 276 homes from the same period last year. There is a 4.3 month supply of homes on the market, down 32% as compared to a 6.4 month supply from this month last year.

Little Elm Lakeside Trail at Little Elm Park is located in Little Elm, Denton County, Texas. The trail runs along the shore of Lake Lewisville and is part of Little Elm's Lakeside Trails system.

The start of the trail is located at the north side of Little Elm Park. The trail consists of two surfaces, a 10' wide concrete path that is about a mile in length and a one quarter mile of crushed rock. Personally I love the crushed rock part as it is easier on the knees if you are a runner / walker who suffers from knee issues.

The paved part of the trail begins at the north end Little Elm Park and ends at Main Street. The crushed rock part of the trail continues from Main Street and ends at Lakeshore Drive.

A new Kroger Marketplace is nearing completion close to The Villages of Woodlake.  The huge Kroger Marketplace will anchor a new retail shopping center in Little Elm. 

The Villages of Woodlake in Little Elm, Texas has a well equipped playground as well as walking trails.  A feature not found in most communities is a small community lake.  Fishing is allowed on a catch-and-release basis.   The lake is for the use of Villages of Woodlake residents exclusively.  

Currently, there are 12 homes listed for sale in The Villages of Woodlake, Little Elm, Texas.  The smallest is a 3 bedroom, two bath, one story home containing 1376 square feet, listed for sale at $109,000.
