Homes Sales Information and Statistics for Meadowlakes, Texas for 2011
If you are thinking of buying or selling a home in the Meadowlakes area, following is the sales data for 2011 for single family,
non-waterfront homes. Inventory levels have crept up a bit this year and sales have averaged about 3 homes per month
(which gives us about 14 months worth of inventory). The Average Days on Market increased as the year progressed and
the Average Price per Square Foot dropped. Hopefully this trend will start to reverse itself in the first quarter of 2012. Homes are selling, but need to be appropriately priced.
