Country Place Pearland has daily planned activities and there is something for everyone or you can just relax by the community pool. This friendly community is very dear to me. I am not only a Country Place Pearland Realtor but I am also a Country Place Pearland resident.

Country Place is hosting a Valentine's Dance. It will be held on February 11th from 7:30-10pm. The dance will be held in the Social Hall and there will be music by DJ Frank Arfele.

Tickets are $10.00 per person and you can pick them up in the office from January 23rd - February 9th.

Don't like to dance? Come on....you will love listening to the music and visiting with your neighbors.

Country Place is hosting the Annual Fall Fashion Show on November 12 starting at 11:00am. The cost is $15.00 per person. This is always such a fun event and I hope that you will be able to attend.

I also encourage you to attend this weeks (November 10th) Women's Discussion Group! This is going to be a very,very interesting discussion and won't be for the faint of heart! The discussion will be about the golf course....need I say more?

Country Place in Pearland will present a 50's & 60s Dance on September 17th at 7pm. If you have never been to one of these dances - come on - you will have so much fun! Our DJ will be Frank Arfele and there will be a costume contest for the best 50's and 60's costume! Ok - Poodle skirt or Mini Skirt?

This cost is $10.00 per person and you can buy your tickets at the Carriage House office on August 29th and the cut off will be Thursday, September 15th.
