About Pearland's Pearland Farms

Well I don't know if tomorrow is the end of our time on the food chain or not.

Pearland Farms Subdivision

One of the first things you notice when you enter the Pearland Farms Subdivision is its sign. It proudly states, "Pearland Farms: An Architecturally Historical Community." And it certainly lives up to its name! The houses in Pearland Farms are gorgeous!

Brighton Homes is the builder in Pearland Farms. Home prices range from the $180s - $260s. No home built by Brighton is less than 1800 sq feet so you are getting a lot of room to grow!

What I like most about this community is that the design of the homes are a throw-back to craftsman-style homes of the 20th century but with a modern twist. Each house is rich in design character making it seem as if there are no two homes alike!

In addition to this community's beautiful architecture, Pearland Farms also offers lake view walking trails! Its easy to picture being outside with your family in this subdivision! Pearland Farms offers white fencing that surrounds the community and a beautiful gazebo!

You'll find that the Pearland Farms location is a great highlight!. Located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Houston and less than 15 minutes from the Texas Medical Center, the city of Pearland offers the lifestyle of a small town but still provides easy access to the Theater district, and Houston's many fine restaurants.
