The charm and character of this beautiful lakeside community willhave you wanting to call Point Venture Home. With the "Lake-Life" being far from the hustle and bussell of the city, but only 25 minutes to the nearest mall, you can truly relax and enjoy the life either on your boat or patio!

From Lago Vista head South on Lohman Ford Rd. After a bit of turns and hills and spectacular views you will turn right on Venture Blvd. Make sure to pass on the right hand side as you will see a guard booth to your left. Then prepare yourself for the scenic drive around Point Venture.

Well if your ever in Point Venture, Texas on Lake Travis, (just south of Lago Vista) you have got to try a Restaurant called "The Pier". I sometimes take my clients out there to eat after a day of house hunting. The Pier, is literally a floating restaurant and offers a great menu and bar.

If your on your boat dont worry there is a gas station, a slip to park your boat in and a gift shop.

The food is great and the price is perfect and the atmosphere is incredible. Bring the kids they will love the ducks that quack around the marina and you will be amazed at the huge catfish that lurk underneath (feel free to throw your food they will eat anything.)

If your looking for a great way to spend the day come visit the North Shore on Lake Travis where you can spend the day house shopping in Lago Vista or Point Venture or grab a bite to eat at The Pier.
