I was compelled to drive just a tad toward Frisco, TX the other day and found myself in a small-but quickly growing, clean, quaint, accessible, newly constructed town called Prosper, TX. The Pros: You get a lot of house for the money on a good sized lot, great school district, and clean neighborhood appeal with lots of amenities.
The Cons: You are a good 15 minute drive from your closest Super Target and general needs. With Prosper's growth and infrastructure on Hwy 380, however, commercial build out should be on the way very soon though…so invest now before the major commercial growth hits, which is what will drive prices up!
