Personally, I think it's the big kitchen with tons of storage space, but I'm a cook. My Hubby would tell you it's the huge back yard, but he's an outdoors kind of guy. I like the separation between the bedrooms, too. If you've got to keep your home search below $400,000, you'd be missing out if you left this home off your tour.
