This weekend my husband and I attended our friends wedding in Bastrop Texas. After the wedding and reception at the church downtown we all changed out of our Sunday go to meeting clothes into some good ole jeans and boots and met at the Watterson Dance Hall which is located on 304 between Bastrop and Red Rock. Watterson Dance Hall has been around for lots of years and is a great place to go for some live music and dancing. There was a small cover charge to get in ( it was after all Saturday night) but it was worth it. The band was awesome! One of the other highlights at Watterson Dance Hall is the burgers and cold beer. So if you are in Bastrop Texas and looking for a fun place to kick up your heels check out Watterson Hall in Red Rock Texas.
