About Richardson's Woods Of Springcreek

With the inclement weather we had last week, the annual HOA meeting for the Woods of SpringCreek community in Richardson, TX was canceled. The meeting has been rescheduled for February 12, 2009 at 7-8:30pm.

If you cannot come, you must resign a proxy as the previous proxies are now out of date. Let me know if you need a proxy form, or you can get one from your block captain.

I will not be able to attend as I will be out of town on that date, but if you can't make it and have any issues you want to discuss, let me know as I have the direct line to the HOA president.

As before, it's being held at Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church at 3901 North Star Rd, Richardson, TX 75082.

Don't forget about this year's Home Owner's Association meeting for the Woods of SpringCreek. It's Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00pm and Canyon Creek. If you cannot make the meeting, you must submit your proxy for consideration.

Things we'll review are the budget, Telecom landscaping, and our new Social Groups that have been very popular.

I still need a web designer to donate their time to create our new website. Please let me know if you can help with that.

The Woods of SpringCreek in Richardson TX are having their annual HOA meeting on Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00-8:30pm. It is being held at Canyon Creek on North Star.

If you are unable to attend, you must have your Proxy form signed and turned into your street captain by Monday, February 11 so you can be counted.

As part of the Social Committee, I definitely plan on attending, so I'll see you there!

The Woods of SpringCreek in Richardson TX are having their next Girls Night Out on Thursday, February 7 at 6:30pm at a neighbor's house (I will not post her address to keep the crazies away). If you're interested in attending, please contact me and I'll get you the information.

At Thursday's event, each guest has been requested to bring a pair of red socks for a small gift exchange.
