If you are participating, meet 15 minutes early at the Thomas Lake Road Volunteer Fire Department.

Places to watch the parade:

There will be an Ice Cream Social at the Thomas Lake Road VFD following the parade at 3:00 pm.

Boat participants will meet at the Trinity River Cut at 11:30 and the parade will be at Noon.

Spectators, grab your lawn chairs, something cool to drink and YOUR CAMERA and let’s CELEBRATE one and all at the Thomas Lake Road Community Boat Parade!

If you do not live out here and would like to come out and watch the Thomas Lake Road Community Boat Parade, bring lawn chairs and sit at the Green Rich Shores boat ramp on Lakeview Drive, or at Cove Marina, OR -- you can even have someone drop you off at Thomas Lake on FM 3454 and park at the fire station.

Come on out! We’ll make room for you!

Servers, cooks, and dishwashers are needed!

Cake Auction at 12:30

Are you a great baker? Cakes are needed for the cake auction and sheet cakes and cupcakes are needed for the meals!

Weldon Foster can be reached at (936) 594-5897. Weldon is in charge of the cooks and is accepting donations of catfish at the fire station.

Paula White (936) 594-8160 is in charge of the servers during the fish fry, kitchen help, and clean up crew. Paula is also available to accept donations of catfish at the fire station.

You can also call Paula if you can donate:

Gallons of tea (they will need 30 gallons)

A cake for the cake auction.

Sheet cakes or cupcakes for the meals.

Cash to purchase oil and possibly fish.
