Now I’m no Bird Watcher or expert in the subject of Birds, but I do know that having a SNOW OWL in Texas is a crazy thing!
Well just a few days ago, a SNOW OWL , was spotted hanging out at the Robertson Park in Rowlett, on the banks of the beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard!
It’s my understanding that SNOW OWLS are hardly ever seen south of the Arctic Circle in Canada, and is actually the 6th Time a SNOW OWL has been spotted here in the state! Because of this, it’s easy to understand why so many people are making the tract out to Lake Ray Hubbard, just off I-30, to see this amazing bird!

Another year has come & gone, like the sun setting over the beautiful
Lake Ray Hubbard! So how did Real Estate market do in 2011 in our fabulous Waterview Community in Rowlett compared to 2010?
Overall, 2011 was an alright year for both Sellers and the Buyers in the Lake Ray Hubbard housing market considering the economic state of our Country. Houses tended to stay on the market a bit longer than 2010 and sellers typically recieved less than their asking price ... BUT ... on the positive side, the Housing market saw amazingly low mortgage rates which are looking like they'll be remaining LOW for 2012!
Real Estate is local and it's actually Hyper Local ... so with that being said, here's a quick glance of how our awesome Waterview Community did.
I am proud to call Waterview home for my family & love all that it has to offer! If you are considering Selling your house in Waterview, as a Neighborhood expert, I'd love to meet with you and work to get your Waterview sold! If you are considering Moving into the Waterview Community, I'd be happy to share the information with you on what makes living in Waterview so amazing!
