Redbird Ranch in Northwest San Antonio is one of DR Horton’s Master Planned communities with some great neighborhood amenities, and schools in the Northside Independent School District. Presently there are 32 Active Homes for sale in this community with prices ranging from 130,000 to $305,000. The average listed price is around $207,000.

The neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, club house, sports court, and children’s playground. The schools are Langley Elementary, Briscoe Middle School, and Brennan High School.

As expected for the month of October, sales of homes did slow down compared to summer months, but there were total of 2 homes that sold in the month of October with an average price of $236,000, and at $90.13 per square foot. The average days on market for closed homes was 97 days. There was only two homes pending for this month.

The good news for the sellers were these homes sold for 98% of the asking price, and the good news for the home buyers was these homes were priced lower this year than last year’s homes. Good pricing in a nice location in a well maintained neighborhood makes Redbird Ranch Subdivision a very sought after subdivision.

November is expected to show a slight increase in closings and sales since there are many end of year shoppers looking to get into their homes by Thanksgiving or Christmas.
