I really like Asian restaurants.  Maybe it's because it is mainly healthy (lots of vegetables) and the portions are not super-sized.   I know, I know then I'll be hungry 3 hours later after eating Asian food.  Genghis Grill is a Mongolian Stir Fry.  The kitzch is you assemble or build your own bowl which includes a meat selection, vegetables, sauce and your carbohydrate (brown rice, white rice, udon noodle or other noodle).  They stir fry it up in on their large skillet grill which is about as round as the world's largest pizza pie.  Then the server brings you your water and your food.  Ready to eat!  So enjoy the mixed blend of self service and waited staff.

Serving the lunch and dinner crowd, I stumbled upon it when I was driving down I-10/Katy Freeway in Spring Valley, 770055.

The new HEB complex is beautiful off Spring Valley's Bunker Hill's exit has many large anchor retailers like Academy, Lowe's and Costco.
