This is a relatively new community within The Woodlands and is located near the Town Center, Pavilion, Mall and Market Street. Stonemark Builders LLC will begin construction this spring for La Costa Garden homes in East Shore, the Garden District of The Woodlands Town Center.

Inspired by Mission-Style architecture, the properties at La Costa are designed to form a lakeside village within walking distance of the shore of 200 acre Lake Woodlands.
