COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Villages of Northpointe is near State Highway 249 and Northpointe Blvd. in Tomball, TX and is in the highly acclaimed Tomball Independent School District (281-357-3100). It is just minutes from Houston suburbs and shopping.
Lone Star College Tomball is approximately 3 or 4 miles north on Highway 249 and Lone Star College University Park is approximately 3 or 4 miles south on Highway 249. Lone Star College has multiple locations in Houston and surrounding areas. Also, within driving distance are the University of Houston and Rice University.
The Villages of Northpointe has a subdivision lake and walking trails as well as recreational facilities that include swimming pool, playground and tennis courts.

Other conveniences within minutes of Villages of Northpointe include MANY great restaurants, churches, day care facilities, all kinds of kids’ activities (including the Aerodome Ice Skating Complex by Willowbrook Mall) and one of Houston’s nicest YMCA’s (Cypress Creek Family YMCA, 281-469-1481).
Villages of Northpointe is made up of beautiful homes, many of which are on cul-de-sac streets. As you can tell by the subdivision marquee and the well-maintained subdivision lake and other common areas, this is a subdivision in which homeowners take pride in their subdivision, an important feature in keeping neighborhood values up!
The first homes in Villages of Northpointe were built in 2002, so it is a relatively new neighborhood.
