&lt;p&gt;While we believe the statistics, and assumptions in this report are accurate, it can not contain all of the homes for sale in Draper. New Homes in&amp;nbsp;Draper&amp;nbsp;(New Construction) like those projects by Ivory Homes, such as Bellevue, Valle Di Villa and Shadow Crest, or Condo &amp;amp; Town-home developments&amp;nbsp;like&amp;nbsp; Bella Monte or Sunset Ridge by Compass Development Group, using other promotional means and employing their own representation. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The same is true with homes for sale by owner (FSBOs). Even though a high percentage of these houses are ultimately sold by Realtors most FSBOs do not list their house on the MLS.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Total Listings of&amp;nbsp;Draper UT,&amp;nbsp;Homes For Sale:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;There are currently 692 single family homes for sale in Draper.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;117&amp;nbsp;are Condominiums.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;132 of those homes (18 condos) were listed w/in the last 30 days.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;In the last 30 days&amp;nbsp;21 homes were put under contract. (2 condominiums).&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Only 3 of the&amp;nbsp;32 single family homes sold and closed last month&amp;nbsp;was a Condo. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;October Home Sales In Draper:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;The median&amp;nbsp;list price of&amp;nbsp;Draper Utah homes&amp;nbsp;listed last month was $399,500&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;The median sales price of homes sold in&amp;nbsp;Draper last month was $333,000&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;This represents an 17% difference between asking price and sold price.. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;The $104 per sq ft sales price was down&amp;nbsp;only&amp;nbsp;19%&amp;nbsp;from last years $129 per sq ft.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;The median house sold in Oct, was a 4 bdrm 3 bth.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Median days on market of&amp;nbsp;143&amp;nbsp;increased three fold&amp;nbsp;over last year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Draper Foreclosures &amp;amp; Pre-foreclosures: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Currently&amp;nbsp;123 homes for sale in&amp;nbsp;Draper are distressed.IE: Bank Owned, HUD Home, Homesteps, Short Sales, or require third party approval for any transaction.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;That represents&amp;nbsp;more than 17% of the homes for sale in&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style=&quot;text-decoration: underline;&quot;&gt;Draper UT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;About 7% of the&amp;nbsp; foreclosed or pre foreclosed homes are condominiums.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;26&amp;nbsp;of these problem houses were listed in the last 30 days.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
