Salt Lake has a lot of fun things going on this Friday night. So if you are looking for a babysitter, a fun place for your child to go and play with other kids, you need to check out Studio56 and their Parents Night Out. I love Studio56 and you will too. A great, safe, fun environment for your family.

For ages 3+ (must be potty trained)

Studio56 also offers dance classes for children, teenagers and adults. They feature a "boys dance club" and Hip Hop classes. Preschool is also offered during the day. So much going on, you'll have to check out everything they have to offer, you will love it.

Sometimes there are signs of improvement

It was a lovely day in Murray UT - just the right amount of everything, sunshine and shade, flowers and green grass. And I believe in working open houses. More people pass me there than pass my desk the whole week.

My office has this 70s condo listing (cameo style development) that I took on at short notice barely scraping advice into the MLS yesterday. I had picked 1 - 4 pm. Between my looking at the property late yesterday and arrival time today, some 15 agents had left their cards and comments, (and their footprints) to give a real trafficked look to the place.

The three hours extended to nearly four as people occupied the condo for the entire time with interest and comment. Some were looking for themselves or parents, others (already living in the complex) on behalf of friends who had expressed interest in in moving there. "If not this one, what is available". I listened intently.

Strange that this property has been on the market for 90 days with little previous interest.

Maybe the hints of Fall intensify ideas of nesting.

It was a great day to be alive in Murray UT. My coming week is sure to be busy with follow up of today's eagerly proffered details.

A Center of Excellence

The IHC Hospital is a landmark in Murray UT, just off State Street at 5300 S.

Its Heart Institute is located there at the Intermountain Medical Center. The hospital advertises excellence in the science of medicine, the spirit of caring, and the miracle of healing.

I pass the Hospital regularly, even meeting there monthly with my group "Amputees on the Move". I can attest to its modern beauty and excellent appointments. It is very new and ultra modern.

However, it is more intimate association that affirms that Institute lives up to its advertising.

Yesterday I delivered my wife there for them to correct her irregular heartbeat that had been rendering her breathless and exhausted for some time.

Using the most modern of techniques (big screen imaging and all) they played inside her heart in a room referred to as the Heart Lab with cameras and laser for around three and a half hourrs to rectify her challenges. What is more I was able to bring her home again this morning, improving as the hours go by. Her strength is returning, and all apprehension has disappeared.

In my view IHC Hospital, Heart Institute, lives up to its promotional advertising. It is indeed a Center of Excellence, in Murray UT.

Happy 4th of July! from all of us at the Murray Parade! Its our tradition, the Murray parade. Every year my daughter dances with Studio56 Dance at the parade. The parade starts down by the Fashion Place Mall and ends in the Murray Park. This years parade had some unique entries with a clown on a huge double decker bike, a parade float with no one in it, a couple empty school buses just to name a few. I love the traditional bag pipes, bands and floats as they roll thru. We were entertained by the jeep tricks and of course all of our dancers. Sitting at the end of the parade route, which is over 2.5miles, we missed out on a lot of the dancing routines but as always the Murray parade was great fun!
