Reflection of the ski slopes in a window of a Park City, Utah home

While performing an energy audit of a large home in Park City, Utah this week, I found a large door on the rear deck to be not quite as weather tight as it should be. Later, I walked out onto the deck to photograph the door so I could include it into the energy audit report. I took a second and looked beyond that door and at those beautiful ski slopes that surround Park City. They are the very same slopes where I learned to ski 25 years ago. In fact it was spending quality time in Park City that made me decide to move up here from Texas 20 years ago.

The slopes are still here and I still love to ski, but WOW has the real estate landscape changed over the past two decades.

From the look of this week's snow, we may be in for a wonderful ski season.
