There were 65 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of December 2011 which is a 20.7% decrease from December 2010 when there were 82 homes for sale.

Sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for the month of December 2011 were down 33%-from 3 homes sold in December 2010 to 2 homes sold in December 2011.

Average sales price for a home in Entrada at Snow Canyon in December 2011 was $479,665. This is an increase of 18.93% over last years sales prices which averaged $403,333.
