I just want to say, a great big "THANK YOU!" to Bob Stewart for helping me with a Localism issue that I have had for quite some time. I finally acted on it.

My issue, not ActiveRain's.

Not only was Bob helpful but his easygoing demeanor and willingness to help me shined through! I am thoroughly impressed with the staff here on ActiveRain due to the fact they act quickly to resolve problems as they arise and take care of us. That's a huge feat, considering there are over 150,000 members!
