The State of Utah gets "verification" energy audit - starting at the Utah State Capitol North Office Building. This second energy audit using a high volume blower door and thermal imaging cameras confirmed the new R-Plus windows and wall panels reduced the air leakage by 70% over the older single pane windows and wall panels. Unable to alter the outer windows for historical reasons, necessitated the use of the new thermal windows from ProActiveEnergyConcepts These new R-Plus windows are the best windows for older historic state and municipal building retrofitting.
