Sugar House is a wonderful and diverse community! There is so much to do in this Salt Lake walking community. Lots of boutique shopping, fantastic restaurants and bars, and several parks. The people are friendly, there is a seasonal farmers market, an outdoor amphitheater that hosts local bands, all of which serve to bring the community together and have a blast. You'd be surprised how often I'm asked " How Do I Search For Homes For Sale In Sugar House?" In SLC every one thinks they know what that means. They just don't know how to do it.

It's not easy.

There are no real boundaries that define the Sugar House Area, although most Utan's would say that if you search from 500 East to establish the western boundary to 2100 East as an eastern limit, and 1700 South to 2700 South you will have outlined what has been commonly known as Sugar House since its founding in 1853.

That founding date alone will tell you that Sugar House is one of the older neighborhoods in Salt Lake City Utah. It will also tell you that you find a lot of Tudor and Victorian style homes in Sugar house with more than its share of refurbished unique bungalows and cottages.

Most folks agree that looking for a home in zip codes 84106, and 84105 will bring up some wonderful Sugar House Homes For Sale, you might also find some that in your opinion is nit Sugar House, but a different area of Salt Lake City altogether.

So lets be on the safe side.

Let's show you how to Search For A Home in Salt Lake City by drawing boundaries on the search map on our website in any area that you want to call Sugar House.

Here are the steps you will take!

1. Log in to our Website @ www.saltlakebankownedhomes.com.
2. Click on SEARCH FOR HOMES.
3. Click on BY MAP.
4. Map of Salt Lake will appear on the screen.
5. Drill down until the size of the map is easy to read.
6. Hit SELECT AREA button.
7. A shaded box will appear with Xs on the NW corner and SE corner.
8. Manipulate the Xs so that the NW corner boundary is 1700 S and 500 E. (or wherever you want Sugar House to be). Move the second X to the corner of 2100 S and 2100 E. (or wherever).
9. Click VIEW SEARCH RESULTS.
10. You have asked to see and we have given all of the homes and condominiums for sale in the area you have designated as Sugar House Utah.
11. Every Home listed for sale on the Salt Lake MLS (WFMLS) will be accessed, and the first 100 listings will appear on your screen so that you can do a quick search for homes.
12. Clicking on the Icon will transport you to complete listing details of any house you select.

You will notice that when you view the listing, you will find a much more detailed sketch of the home you are browsing. Better than most agents have when servicing their customers.
