What a day. What a beautiful, warm Spring day in Sugarhouse UT for a great Open House. 67 degrees and sunshine

After the snow of last Saturday and the promise of rain today (someone else got the 50% chance that we missed.

Buyers were out in droves, even agents came who found it too cold to venture out last week.

There were the just lookers, the serious lookers and the parents who lived in Sugarhouse trying to interest adult children children to live nearby. Three solid hours of lookers (with much follow-up requested). The power of social media to promote the day was evident in people's comments "We just had to come" 30 brochures had gone since Wednesday - another 30 went today.

The owner turned up for a maintenance issue: he was heartened by the activity and brief in his stay.

All in all I had a great day as predicted. It is great being active and talking Real Estate in the beautiful Utah Spring.

The cold saps my energy and affects my mind.

The air was clear today and the sun appeared to be out. Most things seemed to take twice as long to do - a real challenge. Perhaps is was because I was super-chilled yesterday afternoon, and my body was still protesting.

Notwithstanding, Day 2 of my 100 Day Attack proceeded apace. My lunch at Smashburgers (new to me) in Sugarhouse, UT turned up my dose of daily positives.

I usually have no need for pickles on burgers but deep fried, lightly battered pickle slices ( chips that rivaled dried banana in appearance) served with my burger in a generous portion provided a taste sensation and seemed to suit the mood of the day, finger food with a difference in a busy restaurant. Presentation of the meal on a rectangular wire rack made it seem improtant and conducive to creative thought.

All my sluggishness disappeared, and the meeting, looking at new concepts of branding and marketing across several industries, produced some interesting ideas.

It is still brisk but my attitude is definitely invigorated.
