The price range in Sandy is a lot larger than Murray's price range. Sandy ranges from the least

expensive mobile home in the internet for 19,900 to the most expensive home (listed by Summit Sothebys) for 3.495 mill. WOW

As I state in my Murray posting, the listings do not reflect all of the activity in the market, they do not show new construction or bank properties that are not currently posted on the MLS system.

Sandy Utah has 758 active homes/condos/townhomes/mobile homes listed on the MLS system

APX: Home security System: Ever considered a home security system? I feel like I live in a very safe area in Sandy, UT, but I also feel like you can never be so safe. The security system has been wonderful for my family.

Its easy to use, and the company we use is APX Alarm. They have been so responsive. I will admit that there have been times we forget to disarm the alarm system going out the garage to the backyard and they are right on top of it asking for our passwords and security code. Their alarm systems allow you to adjust for inside animals, you can choose which doors, windows, garage doors you wish to arm.

One of the best features we have is our system is hooked up to our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. As a person who has lost everything in a fire, this benefit is so incredible. Time is always of the essence when it comes to fire, burglaries, break-in's. etc.

So if you are considering an alarm system, check out APX Alarms .... Tell them Kim sent you!

Ever had a seller that doesn't want to leave during showings?

Kim Boekholder, Murray Utah, Sandy Utah, Salt Lake County, Utah MLS Listings, UT: Real Estate Agent in Murray, UT

Ever had a seller that doesn't want to leave during showings? We all know its best to have the sellers gone when showing property, but some sellers dont feel comfortable with that scenario. Here are some common complaints I've heard over the years.........

They follow the "buyers"agent and the potential buyers around with a photo album sharing stories

They want to take them on a tour of the home and talk non-stop

They answer the door with a grumpy face

Do they even open the door?

They answer the door half-dressed and not presentable when the scheduled showing arrives

The home is a wreck and not presentable when the scheduled showing arrives

Sellers if you insist on being home, make sure you are courteous, the buyer is not there for a social situation but does want to feel welcome. Be humble and cooperative. Do not crowd the buyers; they will rush through the home and not return. Above all let your Realtor discuss price, terms, possession and all other questions.
