Recently our family spent some time cleaning up our play room. It is a combination of computers, a big screen, treadmill, weights, books, stuffed animals, etc… When we first started to use this room we had a grand idea that it was going to be a "combo" Movie and Computer room. That did not last long. It soon became a tangled web of everything else in our lives.

This brings me to my point. Have you ever noticed what a tangled mess the World Wide Web is?

There is so much data and more is added every minute. How Google and Bing sort this data is amazing to me. It remind me of a spider web, at first glance it is a tangled mess but when you look closer it is a beautiful thing.

A Neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia: Country Club Hills

At the western edge of Arlington County, bumped up next to McLean, Country Club Hills is the scene of large, impressive homes packed into its narrow streets. About 500 homes in all, they were built in the 1920s-1940s and follow no type of general architectural pattern, which is a refreshing change from the typical, formulaic styles found in many modern Northern Virginia neighborhoods built in the last ten years.

Country Club Hills i snear Marymount University, The Gulf Branch Nature Center, and the country club itself: Washington Golf & Country Club.

Is it still a hot market in Northern Virginia? One might argue that based on this deal it is.

We listed this quaint little 'cottage type' property (3 bedrooms, 3 bath, maybe 1900 sq ft) situated in one of Arlington's "finest" neighborhoods and during the first showing we had an offer in hand, a verbal offer and 3 phone calls.
