Ashburn Buyer Buys Dream Home in Potomac Green
Today I had the pleasure of representing an Ashburn buyer in my very first settlement of 2010. A first time home buyer who found their dream home in Potomac Green.

Potomac Green is an active adult community, for ages 55 or better. The floor plans range from attached two and three bedroom attached villas, or larger single family homes. No matter the floor plan, the master bedroom is always on the main level.
My first time Ashburn buyer chose a two bedroom attached villa. And after choosing their options, they had incentive money left over from the builder. The builder took that incentive money off the price of the house. This may be the first case I ever see of a buyer getting a new construction home BELOW the base price.
This particular buyer chose to use their own lender and pay for the majority of their own closing costs. They got a great deal on rate with their own lender. However, the builder was offering a large sum in closing cost help for buyers using the builder's lender.
It is a pleasure to find a buyer their dream home.
