Keene Mill Woods is an easy run into both Fairfax or Springfield as is the rest of Burke. Because of its green space, good schools, parks and pools Money Magazine ranked Burke #31 in its top 100 places to live in 2008.

In addition to being right off Braddock Rd, Keene Mill, Route 123 and the Fairfax County Parkway, Burke is fortunate to have the Virginia Railway Express Station just off Roberts Parkway, making getting downtown a pleasure. Unlike the Metro, you CAN drink coffee on the VRE. Check it out:

*the Middle and High schools are co-located and are referred to as Lake Braddock Secondary School. How convenient is that?

School boundaries change and 3rd party on line school info is not always up to date or accurate.
