Yesterday was one of those crazy weather days. There were warnings of thunder storms and nothing looked like it would happen.

Then we saw clouds to the west toward the Blue Ridge and soon the rain came. Now the rain only lasted about 30 mins but with it was strong winds. It hit Charlottesville City a lot harder than the county and with the heat it made for a tough evening for rescure teams...

Seems that a little flurry of activity is on the horizon. I am setting appointments for next week and looking forward to getting back on the road.

I have had several inquiries over the last couple days and two direct referrals (have I even mentioned that referrals are the life blood of a good real estate agent?).

Our Charlottesville real estate market may be ready for the Summer bounce as Memorial Day approaches.

Not to mention, my sister is visiting from California today, so things are getting busy around here!
