About Charlottesville's Montgomery Ridge

We often see homes as they are when they are finished, painted, decorated and even staged.

Many times I build with my clients and this means that I see every stage of a homes development. We start with a raw piece of land and the finshed product is exactly what my client wants.

Sure this takes a lot of time, but I truly love the process and seeing the growth from design to closing.

Today I am met a couple sets of clients and showing them the area and a few homes. When it is hot like this it is always a challenge, but I have a secret.

I was able to swing by some new construction today too (see photo) but today's schedule includes spending time with my own kids so we finished up a little early.

A few neighborhoods to consider:

Old Trail, Still Meadow, Belvedere, Dunlora, Glenmore

The weather is warming up and our area of Virginia is beautiful!

Enjoying a cup of coffee and looking at current listings is something I do most mornings. We are seeing a few places that are stunning and one is a new construction that I have listed. We have not broken ground yet (see photo for a peek at what the finished home will look like). This will be an exciting project when we get started.

One thing about showing Charlottesville Real Estate is that you do not have to "sell" it. When clients are ready, they will see the value.
