I recently wrote a post on the neighborhood of Emerald Greens in Chesapeake, Virginia. Below you will find a ten and a half year trend report for the neighborhood which illustrates the strength of the market in this particular area. Please note that there were no sales during 2007 and this resulted in a dip in the trend line.
