I wear my name badge just about everywhere I go and you know the question people ask all the time. So, how's real estate? I always say its a great time for buyers and sellers in this market. They smile and say, "Oh that's great". I don't think they really believe it when you tell them that. In all honesty with all the bad news that is thrown at us daily I can't really blame them for being "gun shy". If they give me a chance I always let them know if you have a good credit score, the money and a great lender you can get a fantastic deal in todays market.

It is possible to get great sales during November and December. There are many agents making a great living through the holidays and the economy. We need to reach the buyers who want to buy, but are compelled to wait and many times they aren't sure what they are waiting for. My advice to any buyer or seller is to not sit back and wait for something to happen. You must make it happen. Go find a realtor in your area and sit down and talk to them about where you are in the process. Remember, knowledge is power and in this economy knowledge is also powerful.
